What this site sets itself
This site does not set tracking, analytics, advertising or remarketing cookies of its own. We do not build a profile of where you came from or which pages you read, and nothing you do here is sold on. The cookie rules in the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations require consent for storage that is not strictly necessary. Because our own pages set no cookies that need consent, there is no cookie banner to click through.
Your browser may keep ordinary cached copies of our pages, images and style sheets so the site loads faster on a return visit. That is the browser's own housekeeping, and you can clear it in your settings at any time.
Map tiles from OpenStreetMap
The service area map on our pages is built from tiles served by OpenStreetMap. Your browser requests those small square images straight from OpenStreetMap's servers, so that organisation receives your internet address and basic browser details, in the same way any server does when it sends you a file. We do not control that exchange. OpenStreetMap explains how it handles the data on its own site.
The enquiry form
Our enquiry form is a third-party embed that sends what you type to a customer records service. To work, a form like that may use technical cookies or similar storage to keep a submission intact and guard against automated spam. The provider sets and controls those. If you would prefer not to load it, you can phone 01453 933613, send a WhatsApp message or email us, and we will take the same details from you directly. Links to other services
Tapping the WhatsApp link opens that service in its app or browser, and from that point its own terms and cookie rules apply. The same goes for any official site we link to, such as the Planning Portal or a council page. We choose those links carefully, but we cannot control what other sites set.
